Biography
The Kentucky bluegrass band Unlimited Tradition was formed in 1993. Members were lead vocalist, songwriter, and guitarist Ray Craft, banjo player John Lewis, guitarists Jason Hale and Scottie Sparks, and mandolin player Shayne Bartley. Later the lineup would change, dropping some members and adding others like Dobro player Randy Kohrs, bassist Harold Nixon, and banjo picker Steve Huber. Each of these talented artists has worked with other groups, including the Kentucky Ramblers, the Charlie Sizemore Band, Dave Evans Riverbend, Continental Divide, Timmy Cline Band, and Redwing.

In 1994, Unlimited Tradition released its debut album, Lost in Time. The album earned good reviews for the new group, and the title track landed on the National Programmer's Top Five list. It was followed by She's Gone, recorded under the Doobie Shea Records label with producer Tim Austin. Tracks on this sophomore effort include I Ain't Gonna Cry Anymore, Bound to Get Burned, Broken Hearted Crying Time Again, and Blinded By Love. ~ Charlotte Dillon, Rovi
