Biography
Group. Mid-'80s traditional jazz ensemble devoted mostly to music of '20s and '30s, plus some pre-rock standards and novelty tunes. Dick Sudhalter, better known as longtime New York Post critic and Bix Beiderbecke biographer, was cornet soloist. The group's best musician was pianist Dick Wellstood. ~ Ron Wynn, Rovi
