Biography
An Irish born comedian and television performer/panelist, Andrew Maxwell came into the world in 1974, and started down the path of comedy in 1992. Within a few years after his initial show at a local pub, Maxwell was on his way to becoming a well known name as a comic on the Isles. He scored support slots for other comedians, and eventually took the stage as part of the re-vamped Secret Policemen's Ball in 2006. He appeared on such television shows as Never Mind the Buzzcocks, and Sunday Show with Peter Kay. As far as straight-up comedic performance, Maxwell kept a high profile with the weekly show Fullmooners. The group's home was in London, but toured with a plethora of well-known names in the scene, including Simon Pegg and Russell Brand. In 2007, Andrew Maxwell could be seen as part of the hit RTE current events comedy program The Panel. ~ Chris True, Rovi
