Pianist Liam Singer grew up in Portland, OR, went to college in Ohio, then moved to San Francisco. He began writing music for the piano and, with a group of friends, founded the independent label Tell-All Records, which released his debut album, The Empty Heart of the Chameleon, in 2004.
