Biography
Latin pop singer Pastora Soler (born Pilar Sánchez) made her live debut at the age of five, attending music classes three years later. After meeting producer Luis Sanz, the young artist had the opportunity to get a record deal with a major label. She made her first album, called Nuestras Coplas, in 1994, which was a compilation of songs based on the Spanish folk style known as copla. Pastora Soler turned to pop music after issuing El Mundo Que Soñé in 1996 and Fuente de Luna in 1999, which mixed flamenco, rhumba, and rock. Corazón Congelado followed in 2001. ~ Drago Bonacich, Rovi
