Biography
This was in actuality Charlie Musselwhite's band circa 1969, but because of his Vanguard contract he could not sing or be pictured on the sextet's only LP -- although his harp playing is credited. Boasting perhaps the greatest Chicago rhythm section ever (drummer Fred Below and bass monster Jack Myers), the group showcased steel guitarist Freddie Roulette, pianist Skip Rose, and Aces guitarist Louis Myers. ~ Dan Forte, Rovi
