Canada's Neighbourhood Council are a progressive pop band formed when its members were still shy of their 20th birthdays. Creating a quick buzz in its home of Calgary, Alberta, the four-piece outfit got its career off to a good start by winning the youth category at the Calgary Folk Music Festival, and soon after was releasing its own EPs.
