Equally prolific and scatterbrained producer Maurice Fulton and his wife, Mutsumi Kanamori, stepped out as Mu in early 2003 with their first 12", Let's Get Sick. They followed that up within a short time with the full-length Afro Finger and Gel, which -- like the 12" -- was released on France's Tigersushi (Trevor Jackson's Output label released it in the U.K.).
