Biography
British duo Framewerk take elements of progressive house, melodic techno, and anthemic breaks and weave them into a club-friendly mix of tech-infused house, as heard on releases such as 2021's "Spiritual Revolution" and their sophomore album, Full Circle.

Originally carving a career in the burgeoning progressive house scene of the early 2000s as Manhattan, Alec Milliner and Darren James also created a scene around their forward-thinking label, Capital Heaven. Embracing a more melodic and wider-reaching sound, they started using the Framewerk moniker, debuting in 2012 with the release of the We Love… EP. Over the years the duo evolved their sound, weaving elements of breaks, melodic techno, and old-school rave into their productions while DJ'ing around the world. Framewerk also became the go-to for open-minded remixes, reworking material by the likes of Banco de Gaia, Anthony Pappa, and Hernán Cattáneo. In 2016, the pair celebrated the 50th release on the Capital Heaven label, releasing their debut album, 50, which featured seven exclusive tracks and by 2021, after a slew of singles, Framewerk had served up their sophomore album, the anthemic and expansive Full Circle. ~ Rich Wilson, Rovi
