An American-born, Brazilian-raised pop singer/songwriter, Marcos Zeeba found his first taste of success as a guitarist for the Los Angeles-based alt-rock band Bonavox. After becoming a finalist in the GRAMMY Amplifier competition, the band found more widespread exposure via several high-profile showcases. In 2015, Zeeba shifted his focus to his own songwriting career and debuted a year later with "Photographs," a warm, acoustic-led pop tune attributed simply to the singer's surname, Zeeba. The five-song So Complicated EP followed shortly after, fusing sunny California sensibilities with a British guitar pop influence. In early 2017, Zeeba took part in a collaborative single with Brazilian pop singer Bruno Martini and EDM producer Alok.
