Biography
Germans Tommi Eckhart and Klaus Loschner (aka DJ Good Groove) met in 1992, and formed Pulse to create minimal, driving techno. The two first appeared remixing on the Disko B label, remixing Caesar's "Don't You Do It." Pulse signed to Harthouse and in early 1993, released "Outlaw Parts I and II." Eckhart and Loschner's debut album, Surface Tensions, appeared in 1994. Eckhart is also part of the trance group Perry Rhodan, while Loschner, as DJ Good Groove, has recorded two volumes of Drummatic Tales. ~ John Bush, Rovi
