A hard rock/heavy metal unit featuring legendary thrash bassists Frank Bello (Anthrax) and David Ellefson (Megadeth), Altitudes Attitude eschew the neck-snapping attack of both artists' flagship bands for an old-school blast of melody-driven retro-metal.

Longtime friends, Bello and Ellefson had been looking to collaborate for some time. With Bello handling vocal duties, bass, and rhythm guitar, and Ellefson taking on four- and six-string duties as well, the duo issued an eponymous EP in 2014. For their full-length debut, the pair enlisted A Perfect Circle's Jeff Friedl to handle drums, and brought in a slew of notable guest guitarists including Ace Frehley (Kiss), Gus G (Ozzy Osbourne, Firewind), Christian Martucci (Stone Sour), Jon Donais (Anthrax), Russ Parrish (Steel Panther) and Nita Strauss (Alice Cooper).
