A native of Phoenix, AZ, Ashley Roberts was born on September 14, 1981, and began dancing and singing at a young age. Her drive to be in the entertainment industry partially came from the fact that her dad was a former drummer with the '60s pop group the Mamas the Papas. Upon graduating high school, Roberts moved to Los Angeles, where she appeared in some commercials and music videos before joining up with the burlesque pop act the Pussycat Dolls, who released their debut album, PCD, in 2005. ~ Corey Apar, Rovi
