All-star post-bop and modern creative jazz trio Fly feature saxophonist Mark Turner, bassist Larry Grenadier, and drummer Jeff Ballard. Longtime associates, Turner, Grenadier, and Ballard formed Fly after working together on a project with pianist Chick Corea. The trio released its debut self-titled album in 2004 on Savoy Jazz.
