Bryan Cox is the drummer for the infamous Alabama Thunder Pussy, a band that actually hails from Richmond, Virginina. In photographs Cox appears to be trying for the long hair, no shirt look made immortal by lead singer Jim Dandy of Black Oak Arkansas.
