Graham Cooper
Biography
Virtuoso guitarist Graham Cooper is well known to the ranks of English folk music enthusiasts, for his live performances and also his long career as a teacher. He is perhaps less well known to the public, as a result of not having recorded as extensively as figures such as Davy Graham and Martin Carthy. As a recording artist, his best-known work is in collaboration with Harvey Andrews on the early-'70s LPs Friends of Mine and Fantasies from a Corner Seat. In more recent years, he has resided in Portugal, devoting much of his time to teaching, and gives occasional concert performances. ~ Bruce Eder, Rovi
