Richard Riley Reinhold, known to many as Triple R (or RRR), has been a major contributing member to Germany's dance music scene since the '80s -- as a DJ, producer, journalist, and label operator. Reinhold has been an ardent supporter of producers from his homeland, but he has also helped cultivate talent from other countries through Trapez and Traum, two labels he has helped run. Though several German artists have released productions on those labels, producers from Argentina and Russia have had entire compilations devoted to them. An infrequent producer of his own material, Reinhold has also been a prominent DJ; in 2002, Kompakt -- another label he has aided -- released Triple R's Friends, a mix album. Two years later, he delivered Selection 2 -- another mix based around tracks from Trapez. ~ Andy Kellman, Rovi
