Electrico are an English-language pop/rock band from Singapore with an international fan base. Formed in 1996, the band was originally comprised of Dave Tan (vocals, guitar), Desmond Goh (bass), and William Lim, Jr. (drums), while Amanda Ling (keyboard, percussion) and Daniel Sassoon (guitar) joined in 2003. Electrico's debut album, So Much More Inside, was released internationally in 2004 by Universal Music (Singapore, Australia, Thailand, and Indonesia) and spawned a series of hit singles (I Want You, Runaway, Good Time). The band's second album, 2006's Hip City, was similarly popular, above all the international hit single Love in New Wave.
