				Biography

The polyphonic vocal tradition of the Mediterranean island of Sardinia, Italy, come to life through the performances of Tenore and Concordu de Orosei. Although only two members, Martino Cormibi and Patrizio Mura, remain from the original group formed in 1978, their commitment to their musical heritage remains strong. The group joined with Dutch cellist Ernst Reijseger to record an album of improvised vocals and cello, Colla Voche, released in 1999. ~ Craig Harris, Rovi
