Biography
Michigan power-poppers the Phenomenal Cats take their inspiration mostly from late-'70s/early-'80s proponents of that genre, including the dB's and the Rubinoos. Led by Keith Klingensmith and Chris Richards, the group released an EP, Seagirl and Five Other Dogs, in 1996. ~ Steve Huey, Rovi
