Best Kissers in the World
from Seattle, WA
Biography
Best Kissers in the World are a Seattle-based rock quartet featuring Dave Swafford (bass, vocals), Tim Arnold (drums, vocals), Jimmy Paulson (lead guitar), and Gerald Collier (vocals, guitar). They released a self-titled EP through Sub Pop in 1991 before inking a deal with MCA. Two albums were then issued in 1993, Puddin' and the band's sole full-length, Been There. The latter record spawned the single Miss Teen U.S.A., which found some airplay on college radio. Best Kissers in the World disbanded in 1995 and Collier went on to release albums under his own name. ~ William Ruhlmann, Rovi
