The Los Angeles-based Paige joined the Internet as touring bassist in 2011, shortly after Syd and Matt Martians formed the band. He has had a hand in writing and producing since the first Internet LP, Purple Naked Ladies. Toward the end of 2015, following the release of the second and third Internet albums, Feel Good and the Grammy-nominated Ego Death, Paige made his solo debut with Prelude. The EP was a completely instrumental affair, but Paige dipped his toe into the role of vocalist/rapper/songwriter on the soul-baring 2017 single "You Ain't Missing Much." After additional singles "Voodoo" and "On My Mind/Charge It to the Game" (featuring Syd and Kari Faux), Paige issued his debut album, Letters of Irrelevance, in May 2018. Paige returned in 2021 with a handful of solo tracks that led to the May release of If I Fail Are We Still Cool?, distributed by Fat Possum. The set contained appearances from Internet mates Syd and Steve Lacy, as well as Durand Bernarr and Allen Love. ~ Fred Thomas & Andy Kellman, Rovi
