Roine Stolt's the Flower King is a wide-ranging rock collaborative recording and touring project founded and led by the Swedish guitarist to realize his varying approaches to songwriting. Assembled during the self-titled album sessions for his progressive supergroup the Sea Within, RSTFK is essentially a solo project. Stolt enlisted his Sea Within bandmates Jonas Reingold and Marco Minnemann, as well as Hans Froberg, Michael Stolt, Max Lorentz, Zach Kamins, Rob Townsend, and Nad Sylvan. After issuing the nearly ten-minute-long advance single "Lost America," Stolt's project issued the full-length Manifesto of an Alchemist on Inside Out Music in November of 2018. ~ Thom Jurek, Rovi
