Biography
Featuring two of the most revered players in the game, MF Doom and Ghostface Killah, DOOMSTARKS fell into the "more a legend than a collabo" category until their "Victory Laps" single landed in 2011. The project was first announced in 2006 when the duo promised that an album titled Swift & Changeable would be arriving the following year. Over the years, the name "GhostDOOM" would be floated, and Doom's 2009 track "Angelz" would feature Ghostface using his Tony Starks moniker, but it all became official in 2011 when the DOOMSTARKS' track "Victory Laps," was released by the Nature Sounds label, with a remix by Madvillain (Doom and producer Madlib) included on the B-side. ~ David Jeffries, Rovi
