Biography
A Bohemian composer who earned a Bachlors degree in music from the University of Prague. He played the organ in Padua, Assisi, Prague and Padua. Cernohorsky's students included Gluck and Tartini and, unfortunately, many of his compositions have been lost or destroyed. Genres attributed to him include vespers, litany, offeratories, "Queen of Heaven," a mass, and possibly a tocatta and some fugues. ~ Keith Johnson, Rovi
