Biography
Russian electronic house duo Dropgun make high-energy, dance-oriented pop and club music. Formed in Tomsk, Russia in 2013, Dropgun features producers Mike Martinov and Ilyas Kozhahanov. Initially, they garnered attention after anonymously posting remixes on online. Buoyed by the enthusiastic reception, they eventually revealed themselves, debuting with several well-received singles including the 2014 DVBBS collaboration "Pyramids" featuring Sanjin. The track reached the Top 30 on the Belgium dance charts, and helped build the duo's fan base. More singles followed, including 2015's "Cobra" with Tony Junior, 2016's "Together as One," and 2017's "Little Drop." Also in 2017, they paired with Natan Chaim for "Really Mine" and released the Coma EP (The Remixes). The single "My Way," with Asketa and Jessame, appeared in 2018. ~ Matt Collar, Rovi
