Biography
Inspirations of '60s lounge pop, classic Jamaican ska, and The Tick cartoon series resulted in the 1996 formation of Edmonton's Mad Bomber Society. Consisting of Rich Bomber (guitar, vocals), Kookie Bomber (organ, vocals), Jay Bomber (drums, vocals), Blair Bomber (alto sax), Mike Bomber (trumpet), Corinne Bomber (trombone), and Smooth Bomber (bass), Mad Bomber Society have spent most of their time playing their nostalgic two-tone ska throughout Western Canada. Their debut album A-tom-ic A-Go-Go captured this sound and was eventually self-released in 2001. ~ Mike DaRonco, Rovi
