Biography
Outside of drumming for California's funny punk outfit the Vandals and the alternative troupe A Perfect Circle, Josh Freese had also worked as a studio musician for the likes of Paul Westerberg, Chris Cornell, Suicidal Tendencies, Juliana Hatfield, Mike Ness, Tracy Bonham, and Guns N' Roses. But by 2000, Freese went solo by recording a number of songs that he wrote and performed himself (including bass, guitar, keyboards and vocals), resulting in the full-length entitled The Notorious One Man Orgy on Kung Fu Records in 2000. Since 1972 followed in 2009 from Outerscope Records. ~ Mike DaRonco, Rovi
