Mexican El Lobito de Sinaloa (born Jesus Bulfrano Moreno) made his first record after meeting producer Pedro Rivera, owner of Cintas Acuarios, one of the most successful independent labels in the Mexican/Regional field and father of the top-selling artist Lupillo Rivera.
