Biography
Canadian Johnny Dark first gained notice as the original other half in Junior Boys, alongside Jeremy Greenspan. However, he only stayed long enough to put together the demo that would secure the duo its record contract with small U.K. indie KIN. He later re-emerged on his own in 2006, releasing the critically acclaimed EP Can't Wait, which expanded on the 2-step/British garage-influenced electro-pop soundscapes he had first developed during his time in Junior Boys. Two years later, he joined kindred spirit San Serac in the project Stereo Image; their critically lauded self-titled debut album arrived during the same year. ~ Ricardo Rainho, Rovi
