Biography
On is singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Ken Andrews' one-man band. Formerly of the alt-rock group Failure, Andrews began working on his own material after the band's demise in the late '90s. In 1999, Andrews released On's debut EP, Soluble Words, which paved the way for 2000's full-length debut Shifting Skin. ~ Heather Phares, Rovi
