Biography
Jesse Pintado played in a grindcore project called Terrorizer, together with vocalist Oscar Garcia and drummer Pete Sandoval. After releasing one album on Earache, World Downfall, Pintado joined Napalm Death after their guitarist, Bill Steer, decided to concentrate on his Carcass project. He got to know the band through tape-trading and having written them after the release of their first album, Scum. To the dismay of many within the extreme metal underground, Pintado died of liver failure in Holland on August 27, 2006, less than a week after the release of Darker Days Ahead, an album by a revived lineup of his original band, Terrorizer. ~ Christian Genzel, Rovi
