Biography
Composer and music professor Cilea's most famous opera is the durable +Adriana LeCouvreur. He also composed chamber music and songs. Cilea studied piano and composition at the Naples Conservatory, then went on to a distinguished career teaching and finally heading up several music conservatories in Italy and Sicily. ~ All Music Guide, Rovi
