Biography
OK Success was a Zairean rumba band who moved south to seek fame and fortune in 1970. However, within a few months, all of their personnel except for Andrew Ngoyi and Joseph Kishala left the band. The two set about recruiting Zimbabwean musicians, most notably singer/guitarist James Chimombe, and by the mid-'70s were one of the top bands in the country. ~ Steve Huey, Rovi
