Smooth jazz supergroup the Sax Pack features saxophonists Jeff Kashiwa, Kim Waters, and Steve Cole. The group came together around 2003 after Kashiwa was inspired to form a group based on Frank Sinatra's legendary Rat Pack. Initially begun as a touring ensemble, the Sax Pack eventually released their debut self-titled album on Shanachie in 2008. A year later, they returned with The Pack Is Back!
