Biography
Chicago's Goldhouse is a DJ, singer, songwriter, and producer known for his hooky, dance-oriented, electronic-based pop. Born Grant Harris in Chicago, Illinois, Goldhouse debuted in 2012 with the EPs All Night Long and The Morning After. He then delivered a handful of well-received remixes including atmospheric takes on Sam Smith's "Stay with Me" and Fleetwood Mac's "Dreams." More remixes followed, including official takes on Katy Perry's "Dark Horse" and Lady Gaga's "Applause." However, it was his original songs that buoyed his fan base, including tracks like 2015's "When I Come Home" and 2016's "Pleasure," featuring Alexx Mack. In 2017, Goldhouse delivered the steamy, club-ready single "Sex on Me." He continued to issue additional singles and remixes into 2018, including collaborations with All Time Low and Daya. 2019 saw another flurry of singles, this time with emo-rapper Dying in Designer and Swedish artist Be the Bear. ~ Matt Collar, Rovi
