Born Herbert Wright and sometimes known as G Herbo, rapper Lil Herb was born and raised in South Shore, Chicago, a neighborhood sometimes referred to as "Terror Town" due to violent crime. He joined with Lil Bibby on the 2012 hit "Kill Shit," a viral hit that had Drake declare the duo "the future." Herb's solo Road to Fazoland mixtape landed that same year, then Welcome to Fazoland followed in 2014.
