Born Herbert Wright and sometimes known as G Herbo, rapper Lil Herb was born and raised in South Shore, Chicago, a neighborhood sometimes referred to as "Terror Town" due to violent crime. He joined with Lil Bibby on the 2012 hit "Kill Shit," a viral hit that had Drake declare the duo "the future." Herb's solo Road to Fazoland mixtape landed that same year, then Welcome to Fazoland followed in 2014. By the end of the year he collaborated with Nicki Minaj on the track "Chiraq," and 2015 saw him drop the mixtape Ballin' Like I'm Kobe. ~ David Jeffries, Rovi
