Contact is a collaboration between Pittsburgh-based drummer and synthesizer player A.E. Paterra (Zombi, Majeure) and British film composer/new age artist Paul Lawler. As with many of Paterra's other ventures, Contact blends racing synthesizers, muscular drumming, and triumphant guitars, constructing adventurous soundscapes reminiscent of vintage prog rock and action movie soundtracks.
