After having established himself as a popular U.K. DJ in the late '80s, John 00 Fleming overcame a lengthy bout with lung cancer and reestablished himself as an even more popular DJ in the U.K. during the late '90s and early 2000s, spinning popular trance regularly at superclubs like Gatecrasher, God's Kitchen, Ministry of Sound, and Cream. In addition to his reputation as a DJ, Fleming also dabbled with production, recording trance anthems for React and Bondage, the most noteworthy being Lost in Emotion (1999).
