Biography
After scoring a hit with "Mary's Prayer" by his band Danny Wilson in 1987, this Scottish-born singer/songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and producer relocated to London and began work on the first of many solo projects. He has been signed to various labels as a solo artist (including Virgin subsidiary Circa Records, which released his Ten Short Songs About Love in 1993) and as a founding member of King L and Transister. These projects garnered critical acclaim but little mainstream recognition. Clark has found greater success in the years hence as a songwriter and producer, having written and produced songs for Natalie Imbruglia and Backstreet Boy Nick Carter, among others. He moved from London to Los Angeles in 2007, and has since co-written songs for artists including the Veronicas, Little Hours, and the Xcerts. ~ L. Katz, Rovi
