The Criminalz are a group formed from three heavyweight West Coast rappers: Celly Cel, Spice 1, and Jayo Felony. They've only released one album, and while Jayo Felony appears all over the album, only Celly Cel and Spice 1 made the cover for whatever reason (maybe they never even met each other?).
