A New Zealand hip-hop MC, Scribe (real name: Malo Luafutu), released his debut album, the Crusader, in 2003. Getting his start with P-Money, Scribe was also a member of Verse Two, and was the first artist to have a number one single (Stand Up) and number one album (the aforementioned Crusader) on the New Zealand charts.
