King of Kings
Biography
Vocalist/bassist Desmond Horn formed the progressive rock trio King of Kings in 1988 with guitarist Kevin O'Neill and drummer Gus Hart. After playing around New York and, for a brief time, San Francisco, the band played a show in front of Tesla's Frank Hannon. Impressed, the guitarist introduced King of Kings to Geffen executive Tom Zutaut, who promptly signed the group. After over a year of writing and recording, their self-titled debut album was released in 1991. ~ John Bush, Rovi
