Manhattan-based producer Kurt Mankasci has made his name as a collaborator with composer Phillip Glass. Working out of the Euphorbia/Looking Glass studio, Munkasci, along with Michael Riesman, has produced dozens of Glass efforts, from 1973's Music in Similar Motion and Music in Fifths to 1997's The Secret Agent. In addition, Munkasci has also helmed efforts by Diamanda Galas and the Waitresses (including their hit single "I Know What Boys Like"). ~ Steve Kurutz, Rovi
