Biography
Laurie Wisefield played for the band Home in the early '70s. It was while he was playing for this band that Wishbone Ash's Andy Powell saw him. When Ted Turner left Ash in 1974, Powell brought Wisefield into the fold as his replacement. He remained in the band until 1996, later playing with Tina Turner. He stayed with her until the early '90s when he joined Joe Cocker's band. He also performed with Roger Chapman on one album and a tour. In 1993 he formed a band called Glory Glory. They recorded one album. He then joined a band called the Little Devils. ~ Gary Hill, Rovi
