Spanish singer/actress Lolita became a professional performer at the age of 16, making her first record, called Amor Amor, in 1975, produced by Ruiz Venegas. She debuted on a popular TV show called #Directísimo soon after. Daughter of local legend Lola Flores, Lolita was strongly influenced by her mother to pursue a singing career, even when she wanted to study medicine. In 1983, Dolores González Flores, her real name, got married to Argentine Guillermo Furiese.
