Biography
Conductor and music director of the Olympia Chamber Orchestra in Washington State since 1989, Brock has been commissioned to compose symphonies, viola concertos, string quartets, and other works. He may be best known, however, for his work as composer-in-residence for Film Preservation Associates in Los Angeles. In this capacity, he's written scores for several silent film classics, including The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari, Berlin, Faust, and The Love of Jeanne Ney. Several of these scores, as well as other of his compositional works, have been released by K Records. ~ Richie Unterberger, Rovi
