Holland's Inhume formed in 1994, their mission: to create a singularly vile and inaccessible form of gory grindcore in the image of gross-out supremos Carcass and Autopsy. Characterized by an ever-shifting lineup not dissimilar from their disgustingly mushy, oft-fast-decaying subject matter, Inhume members including (but not limited to) vocalist Joost, guitarists Harold and Loek, bassist Ben, and drummer Roel collaborated on two demos and a split release with countrymen Suppository before committing their first album to tape, that being 2000's Decomposing From Inside.
