Kon Amir are DJs known as beat-diggers. Their penchant and passion for excavating record bins to unearth obscure music has been a hobby since the late '80s, recently documented by the On Track series. Since its first release in 1997, the duo has released a total of eight albums -- six On Track installments, The Cleaning, and The Kings of Diggin' featuring DJ Muro from Japan. In 2007, Kon Amir accepted a five-record deal with BBE/Rapster to begin the Off Track series, which builds off the successes of their On Track compilations.
