Turning their romantic partnership into a creative one, Sean Lennon (son of the late John Lennon and Yoko Ono) and Charlotte Kemp Muhl formed the Ghost of a Saber Tooth Tiger (often shortened to GOASST) in 2008. In the spirit of the psychedelia that influenced their sounds, the multi-instrumentalist pair freely bring in pieces from all over the musical map to create their blissfully melodic musical explorations. The band made their debut in 2010 with a pair of releases, a poppy, Brazilian-influenced (and Mark Ronson produced) Jardin Du Luxembourg, and an album of gentle acoustic tracks simply titled Acoustic Sessions.
